RS Decora Walls Studio Private Limited provides professional wall painting, wallpaper installation, texture painting, and custom wall solutions across India. Services are subject to availability in your city and the specific terms of your agreed service quote.
A service booking is confirmed only after: (a) you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp, and (b) the agreed advance payment has been received. Verbal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final project price may vary from the initial estimate if the scope of work changes. Any change in scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other options as agreed. A booking advance is required to confirm scheduling. Balance payment is due upon satisfactory project completion.
The client is responsible for: ensuring clear access to the work area; notifying us of any existing wall defects or conditions; obtaining necessary approvals from housing societies or building management, if applicable; and being present or appointing a representative at the start and end of the project.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on cancellations. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date at no charge. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may incur a nominal fee.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions not disclosed prior to service. We carry appropriate professional liability practices but recommend clients inform us of any fragile or irreplaceable items in advance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
