At RS RS Decora Walls Studio Private Limited Private Limited, we strive to deliver services that meet and exceed your expectations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable.
Upon confirmation of your booking, an advance payment (typically 10–20% of the total project value, as communicated in your quote) is collected to secure your scheduled date and begin material procurement. This advance is applied toward the final invoice.

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date without any charges. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may incur a nominal rescheduling fee of ₹500–₹1,000, depending on project size and location.
Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. Subsequent rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellation and rebooking.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work completed, please notify us within 7 days of project completion with a detailed description and photographs. We will:
Issues arising from pre-existing wall conditions, client-requested changes after completion, or factors outside our control are not eligible for refund.
In rare circumstances (team unavailability due to emergencies, extreme weather, etc.), we may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. In such cases, you will receive:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. UPI refunds typically process faster (1–3 business days). Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
